Good communication is about creating accurate, shared understanding, which in turn creates an environment where personal and team challenges can be met and strengths maximised.  For this to happen, people must first understand themselves, then understand others, and have the tools to fill in the gaps between.  We offer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a framework for achieving this, or can link in to your existing framework and objectives.

Great teams depend on great people, and great people want to be on great teams.  We specialise in rebuilding underperforming teams and resolving conflict to release productivity, but we also love taking tight teams to even greater heights!

The Leadership Part
How people perform in their job is very often linked to how people feel about the person they directly report to.  Having leaders that are skilled influencers, and whose technical abilities are rounded out with strong people skills is vital to your success.  The Leadership Part is always customised to your business and people, so it is your values, culture and goals driving the programme.  Leadership training is often delivered as modules over several months, and can include topics such as Communication, Performance Management, Difficult Situations, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Meeting Facilitation.
