Frances Cheyne - People Development Specialist

A self-confessed ‘people junkie’ Frances has spent over 19 years training and coaching people to higher levels of performance.  She loves working with the ‘people part’ of businesses to really make a difference to how people work together and achieve organisational outcomes.

Originally from the UK, Frances built ground-floor experience in several industries and levels of business before finding her fit in facilitation.  She has worked across both the public and private sector in small, medium and large organisations and has created a niche for herself with her ability to rapidly connect with and understand the people dynamics in play and provide solutions to support them.

With a warm, inviting approach, she is able to tackle the most difficult topics to mend dysfunctional teams, develop leadership capacity, and raise self-awareness for a better, happier, more productive work environment.

Frances is accredited in several developmental tools, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B®

Outside of work Frances is a very keen tennis player who keeps fit at the gym and with Zumba. She loves spending her free time surrounded by her favourite people of all, her husband and two grown up daughters.
